This work evaluated the Harbinger assay’s ability to conduct longitudinal tumor content tracking to monitor disease progression, treatment response, and prognosis. Results suggest that use of this approach, especially through a multi-tier testing model, could greatly improve the accuracy and predictive value of multi-cancer early detection (MCED) tests, enabling earlier clinical intervention and better patient outcomes.
