Non-invasive Longitudinal Analysis of Cancer Signal to Monitor Disease Progression and Response to Treatment

ADLM/AACC 2023

This work evaluated the Harbinger assay’s ability to conduct longitudinal tumor content tracking to monitor disease progression, treatment response, and prognosis. Results suggest that use of this approach, especially through a multi-tier testing model, could greatly improve the accuracy and predictive value of multi-cancer early detection (MCED) tests, enabling earlier clinical intervention and better patient outcomes.

Novel blood-based assay for early cancer detection demonstrates high precision and reproducibility on low tumor content

ADLM/AACC 2023

This study evaluates analytical performance of an early version of Harbinger’s cfDNA methylation–based MCED assay. High performance and high technical reproducibility results validate the assay’s ability to perform early-stage multi-cancer detection, where levels of circulating tumor DNA are low.
