Non-invasive Longitudinal Analysis of Cancer Signal to Monitor Disease Progression and Response to Treatment

This work evaluated the Harbinger assay’s ability to conduct longitudinal tumor content tracking to monitor disease progression, treatment response, and prognosis. Results suggest that use of this approach, especially through a multi-tier testing model, could greatly improve the accuracy and predictive value of multi-cancer early detection (MCED) tests, enabling earlier clinical intervention and better patient outcomes.
